  • Arrange and complete candidate reference and background checks.
  • Maintain recruitment records, documentation and candidate tracking systems.
  • Support the preparation of recruitment documentation and onboarding arrangements.

  • Coordinate the practical aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment, access, induction schedules and documentation.
  • Ensure new employees have a welcoming, organised and positive onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support ongoing People administration.
Health, Safety & Workplace Support
  • Support the coordination and administration of workplace health, safety and environmental requirements.
  • Maintain health and safety records, registers, notices and relevant documentation.
  • Help coordinate workplace inspections, safety training, emergency drills and related activities.
  • Follow up on outstanding safety actions and support the Head of People in maintaining workplace compliance.
Company Events & Employee Experience
  • Coordinate company events, team activities, celebrations and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage event arrangements, including venues, catering, suppliers, communications and attendance.
  • Support recognition programmes and initiatives that strengthen our team culture and employee experience.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Matric / Grade 12 essential. A relevant qualification in Office Administration, Human Resources or a related field would be advantageous.
  • At least 5 years' experience in office management, administration or a PA role.
  • Experience supporting a senior manager and managing multiple administrative priorities.
  • Previous exposure to recruitment coordination, onboarding and HR administration would be advantageous.
  • Experience with workplace health and safety administration would be beneficial.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and confidence using digital tools and administrative systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to take ownership of tasks through to completion.
  • A high level of discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential information.
