Job summary

MTN Fintech seeks a Manager: OD and Performance Management to lead the design and implementation of the global Finco performance framework, partnering with HR, Finance and strategy to link metrics with financial targets across Group Finco and Opcos.

You will develop data-driven narratives, support organization design initiatives, maintain job architecture standards, and drive KPI governance for consistent performance across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year tertiary qualification in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR or Organizational Development (advantageous).
• Experience in performance management, strategy, consulting, or financial analysis (5–7 years).
• Experience linking performance management to financial outcomes and business value.
• Exposure to fintech, financial services, or digital industries advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Manager in implementing the global Finco performance management framework.
• Ensure alignment between performance management practices and strategy, financial targets, and organizational priorities.
• Develop innovative and data-driven performance management practices that support agile ways of working.
• Support the implementation of organization design frameworks, standards, and governance principles across Group Finco and Opcos.
• Contribute to the alignment of organization architecture decisions with strategic priorities and operating model requirements.
• Assist in maintaining and applying organization design standards, frameworks, policies, and processes across Group Finco and Opcos.
• Provide analytical and documentation support for operating model reviews, organization structure changes, and role architecture adjustments.
• Support the design, maintenance, and governance of standardized goal and KPI libraries, ensuring consistency and alignment across business functions and markets.
