Job summary

OneDome is seeking a Performance Management Lead to own the design, delivery and continuous improvement of our performance management model across the group. You will coach managers, support performance conversations, and ensure timely reporting of performance data to leaders.

The role emphasizes partnering with leaders to drive high performance, embedding a strong performance culture, and delivering end-to-end outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a HR performance management related role.
• Proven experience owning and delivering performance management processes.
• Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver outcomes end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the performance management model across the group.
• Lead performance cycles including goal setting, check-ins, reviews and feedback.
• Continuously review and improve performance processes based on feedback and data.
• Support managers with effective performance conversations, goal setting and development planning.
• Coach managers on performance management best practices.
• Provide hands-on support with performance management issues including underperformance, improvement plans and documentation.
• Gather, analyse and report on performance data monthly.
• Track KPIs and identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide clear insights and recommendations to HR and leadership based on performance data.
