Job summary

The HR Company in Durban is seeking a qualified Electrical Artisan to join our Academy as a Training Officer. You will deliver both theoretical and practical electrical training, facilitate assessments, and ensure learners meet occupational outcomes.

The role requires registration as an Assessor with ETDP SETA, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team while upholding high training standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrical Artisan with valid Trade Test Certificate.
• Registered Assessor with ETDP SETA (Statement of Results required).
• Minimum 3-5 years post-apprenticeship industry experience.
• Moderator qualification advantageous but not essential.

• Moderator qualification will be advantageous but is not essential.
