Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants in South Africa seeks an experienced trainer to plan and deliver theoretical and practical electrical training for Modules M0–M6. You will demonstrate tasks and supervise practical workshop activities, ensuring safe working practices.

You will support learners over a three-year electrical learnership, monitor progress, maintain records, and prepare them for assessments and trade tests. Availability to train at Paarl and Atlantis sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified, trade-tested electrician with relevant electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of modules M0–M6 and electrical theory.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners.
• Experience delivering training and supervising practical workshops.
• Willingness to train at Paarl and Atlantis sites.
