Job summary

Profile Personnel in Kariega is seeking an experienced Occupational Development & Engagement Consultant to join our Human Resources Division. You will develop and drive organisational development and employee engagement initiatives, with a strong focus on workplace culture and leadership effectiveness.

The role entails planning engagement surveys, facilitating sessions, analyzing results and coordinating communications, while managing OD budgets and measuring program impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology or Organisational Development.
• Professional registration such as Industrial Psychologist or Certified Coach will be advantageous.
• 3–5 years’ experience in HR, preferably Training & Development, HR Consulting, or Assessment & Diagnostics.
• Proven experience in employee engagement and organisational development initiatives.
• Understanding of change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in employee engagement and organisational development initiatives.
• Understanding of change management processes.
