Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, process development, or NPI.
• Experience scaling up chemical processes and familiarity with GMP or quality systems.
• Strong project management and cross-functional team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the process development and scale-up for new chemical products.
• Collaborate with R&D to transfer laboratory processes to pilot and commercial scale.
• Develop manufacturing procedures, batch records, and quality control plans.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks during the NPI phase.
• Train manufacturing personnel on new product processes and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
