Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, process development, or R&D within the chemical industry.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing new chemical products to market.
• Strong understanding of product formulation, process design, and scale-up principles.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new chemical products from concept to commercial launch.
• Conduct laboratory experiments, pilot trials, and scale-up studies for new formulations and processes.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Perform techno-economic evaluations and risk assessments for new product development projects.
• Develop manufacturing processes and ensure smooth technology transfer to production facilities.
