The ideal candidate holds a Chemical Engineering degree and 3–5 years of experience, with strong analytical skills and experience in unit operations and process simulation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in process engineering.
• Familiarity with various unit operations and chemical reaction engineering.
• Experience with process simulation software is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team in Nelspruit.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for specialty chemical production.
• Conduct pilot plant trials and scale-up studies for new products and process modifications.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and refine process operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with R&D chemists and engineers to ensure successful technology transfer.
