Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in non-profit or charity sectors.
• Strong budgeting, financial management and resource allocation skills.
• Excellent leadership, team management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience implementing and improving operational processes.
• Experience with procurement and contract management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office management software.
• Knowledge of Bloemfontein and Free State operational landscape.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities including facilities, logistics, and administration.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Manage budgets for operational expenses and ensure cost-effective resources.
