Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics or related field with NLP focus.
• 3+ years of professional NLP model development and deployment experience.
• Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries (NLTK, SpaCy, Transformers).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize NLP models for text classification, NER, topic modeling, and language generation.
• Develop and maintain production-grade NLP pipelines including data preprocessing and deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists to research state-of-the-art NLP techniques and architectures ( Transformers, BERT, GPT ).
• Build and integrate NLP services into existing applications and platforms.
• Monitor model performance in production and implement improvements.
• Contribute to ML infrastructure and best practices within the team.
