Placements24 in Soweto, Gauteng, is seeking a diligent Night Auditor & Front Desk Supervisor to manage overnight hotel operations, including check-ins, check-outs, guest services, and nightly financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong front desk procedures knowledge, excellent cash handling, and the ability to work independently during night shifts. Reliable, punctual service and strong customer care are essential.

Qualifications

• Night auditor or front desk experience, preferably with supervisory duties.
• Strong front desk operations knowledge and PMS familiarity.
• Excellent cash handling and accounting skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and stay alert overnight.
• Familiarity with Soweto area is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Manage guest accounts, process payments, and balance cash and card transactions.
• Prepare daily financial and audit reports.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve night-time issues.
• Ensure hotel security and safety during overnight hours.
• Provide outstanding service and assist with guest information.
• Oversee night-shift front desk staff and maintain desk organization.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with relevant personnel.
