About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to manage front desk operations and perform essential accounting duties during overnight shifts at a hotel in Kimberley . This crucial role ensures that guests are well-cared for throughout the night and that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. You will be responsible for check-ins, check-outs, guest services, and preparing daily financial reports. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, possesses strong numerical skills, and is comfortable working independently during late hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently during overnight shifts.
• Provide exceptional guest service, responding to inquiries and addressing needs throughout the night.
• Process guest folios, post charges, and balance accounts according to established procedures.
• Prepare daily financial reports, including revenue summaries and bank deposits.
• Conduct regular nightly audits of hotel accounts and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Ensure the security and safety of the hotel premises during the overnight period.

Requirements

• Previous experience in front desk operations or accounting is preferred.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
