Job summary

JVR Software, based in Durban, is seeking a proactive New Business Sales Executive with a hunter mindset to drive new business and build lasting client relationships across electronics manufacturing, security, ICT, telecoms, networking or IT sectors.

You will generate leads through cold calling and networking, arrange face-to-face meetings, prepare quotations, manage the pipeline and hit monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new business sales.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, security, ICT, telecoms, networking or IT sales.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, outbound prospecting and networking.
• Arrange and attend face-to-face client meetings.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop client relationships.
• Prepare quotations and sales proposals.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Work with management and technical teams to provide suitable client solutions.
