Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 or higher is required.
• Advanced Diploma or National 1st Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in VAF and 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Strong strategic planning, budgeting and governance knowledge.
• Experience in performance management and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial losses by ensuring correctness and accuracy of information flow.
• Achieve targets by meeting client service standards and efficiencies.
• Lead and manage performance of staff, including coaching underperformers.
• Build and maintain relationships with peers, managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure processes meet business requirements; plan for demand and capacity.
• Monitor productivity and highlight inefficiencies; drive process re-engineering.
• Oversee SLAs and governance; ensure delivery using correct systems and access levels.
• Drive employee onboarding, development plans and talent retention.
