Responsibilities

• Manage financial loss by ensuring accuracy of information flow and reporting.
• Achieve targets by meeting client service standards and efficiencies.
• Lead and develop staff, managing performance gaps and coaching.
• Maintain relationships with peers, managers and external stakeholders.
• Plan capacity to meet business requirements and optimize processes.
• Monitor SLAs and ensure delivery using appropriate systems and access levels.
