Job summary

Production Logix in Durban, South Africa, seeks a driven New Business Development Representative to open doors, win new customers and grow market presence. You will own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to signed order, targeting electronics manufacturing, wiring harnesses and cable assemblies.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of B2B sales experience in electronics or manufacturing, a proven ability to win new business, and strong CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years' experience in new business development or sales within electronics/manufacturing.
• Proven track record of winning new business in electronics/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet new business targets across EMS and harnessing.
• Gather customer specifications to support accurate quotations and proposals.
• Work with Production, Engineering and Quality Assurance to meet client requirements.
• Forecast and report on leads, quotations, orders and market trends.
