Job summary

Sabenza IT & Recruitment in Cape Town seeks a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L3) to lead proactive network monitoring, incident resolution, and SLA compliance for our clients. You will manage Linux-based monitoring, configure Cisco/Aruba switches, SD-WAN with FortiGate/Meraki, and work with NetScout, LogicMonitor, Prometheus, and Grafana to deliver secure, scalable observability.

As a Networking Managed Services Engineer, you will lead inproviding exceptional managed services to our clients. Your day will revolvearound proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems,ensuring our clients meet all service level agreement (SLA) conditions,identify root cause of critical incidents and implement solutions for problemsidentified .

Requirements:

• Proven skills and knowledge of Ansible andPython is essential.
• Provenworking knowledge of utilizing monitoring tooling to troubleshoot andrecognise event/incident patterns.
• Workingknowledge of Cisco and Aruba switching technologies.
• Workingknowledge of enterprise wi-fi technologies (at least one of the followingis essential – Cisco, Aruba, Meraki).
