Qualifications

• 3-4 years' technical support experience within an ISP, WISP or telecommunications environment.
• Strong MikroTik RouterOS knowledge (v6 and v7).
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, NAT, firewalls and VPNs.
• Hands-on experience installing and configuring Yeastar PBX systems and Yealink IP phones.
• CCTV installation and technical support experience.
