Job summary
Aaliyah Karim in Nelspruit is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, VoIP telephony and CCTV systems on-site.

Qualifications
- 3-4 years' technical support experience within an ISP, WISP or telecommunications environment.
- Strong MikroTik RouterOS knowledge (v6 and v7).
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, NAT, firewalls and VPNs.
- Hands-on experience installing and configuring Yeastar PBX systems and Yealink IP phones.
- CCTV installation and technical support experience.
