Job summary

Network Recruitment is seeking an IT Business Systems Administrator in Gauteng to own and optimize its ERP landscape centered on Oracle NetSuite. You will support finance, procurement, and warehouse processes while driving automation and integration with third-party apps.

The role requires 3–5 years of ERP/Business Systems experience, strong SQL Server skills, and a working knowledge of cloud (Azure) environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in IT, CS, IS, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Business Systems Administrator/ERP/Business Systems Support.
• Strong MS SQL Server experience with advanced query development and reporting.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and workflow automation platforms.
• Knowledge of finance, procurement, inventory and supply chain processes.
• Cloud computing fundamentals, preferably Azure.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support Oracle NetSuite ERP and related business applications.
• Develop, maintain, and optimise SQL queries, reports, stored procedures, and DB performance.
• Support financial, procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes within the ERP.
• Monitor and maintain integrations between business systems and third-party apps.
• Provide second- and third-line support for business-critical systems.
• Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver user training and maintain technical documentation.
