Network Recruitment is seeking an IT Business Systems Administrator in Gauteng to own and optimize its ERP landscape centered on Oracle NetSuite. You will support finance, procurement, and warehouse processes while driving automation and integration with third-party apps.

The role requires 3–5 years of ERP/Business Systems experience, strong SQL Server skills, and a working knowledge of cloud (Azure) environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in IT, CS, IS, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Business Systems Administrator/ERP/Business Systems Support.
• Strong MS SQL Server experience with advanced query development and reporting.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and workflow automation platforms.
• Knowledge of finance, procurement, inventory and supply chain processes.
• Cloud computing fundamentals, preferably Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in an IT Business Systems Administrator, ERP Administrator, or Business Systems Support role.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience, including advanced query development and reporting.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and workflow automation platforms.
• Working knowledge of financial management, inventory control, procurement, and supply chain processes.
• Cloud computing fundamentals, preferably within Azure environments.
• Experience supporting ERP systems within mining, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or industrial environments will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
