Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field.
• 5–8 years in business systems management or IT operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with ERP, CRM, HRIS and integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, performance, and reliability of enterprise apps.
• Lead system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
• Manage vendors, licensing, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Enforce governance, security, audits, and compliance.
• Lead a team of system administrators and analysts.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive digital transformation.
