Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous multi-site retail management experience will be advantageous.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel regularly as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational success of all retail stores by directing activities, driving sales performance and ensuring efficient operations.
• Drive merchandising, presentation and compliance with company policies across stores.
• Manage stock control, store payroll costs and store-level budgeting.
• Lead store management teams and develop succession plans to maximize sales performance.
• Support promotions and campaigns with strong execution across regions.
