The President Hotel in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Comms Agent (Reservations) to ensure accurate bookings and professional guest service across our 349-room property.

You will handle enquiries via phone, email and online channels, input guest details, monitor availability and upsell where appropriate, including late shifts.

Formación

• Grade 12 pass is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ reservations experience in a large, high-volume city hotel.
• Experience using OPERA PMS is essential.
• Experience managing bookings, amendments and cancellations across channels.
• Understanding of room types, rates, packages and availability.

Responsabilidades

• Processing reservations, amendments and cancellations accurately on OPERA PMS.
• Responding promptly and professionally to telephone, email and online enquiries.
• Capturing guest details, rates, packages and special requests correctly.
• Monitoring availability and following hotel procedures and rate strategies.
• Upselling room categories, packages and hotel services where appropriate.
• Resolving booking queries and coordinating guest requirements with relevant departments.
• Maintaining accurate records and consistent service standards across all shifts.
