Job summary

Growth Resourcing is seeking a Level 3 technical support specialist for a customer-focused MSP role in Umhlanga Rocks. You will handle escalated issues, support onboarding and migrations, and administrate Microsoft 365 and Entra ID. The role requires strong customer communication, SLA discipline, and collaboration with 1st/2nd line teams.

Remote support is complemented by occasional on-site work as projects demand. Prior MSP experience and knowledge of security configurations are highly valued.

Qualifications

• MSP experience in a customer-focused support role is essential.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills required.
• Experience with SLA-driven environments and onboarding/migrations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to document work clearly.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 3 technical support for escalated customer issues.
• Monitor ticket queues to meet SLA targets and keep customers informed.
• Assist with onboarding, migrations, upgrades, and deployments remotely and on-site.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and security configurations.
• Collaborate with 1st/2nd line teams and document technical work.
