Placements24 is seeking a highly capable Construction Site Manager for Mossel Bay projects. You will oversee all on-site operations, safety, schedules, budgets, and quality control while coordinating subcontractors and site personnel.

Applicants should have proven senior site management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read complex drawings and manage resources effectively in the Western Cape region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or in a similar senior site management role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and builds codes.
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily on-site construction activities to meet plans.
• Develop and implement site safety plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and site labor.
• Monitor progress against schedules and budgets and take corrective actions.
• Ensure high standards of quality control and workmanship on site.
• Manage site resources, including materials, equipment and personnel.
