Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major construction initiatives in Mossel Bay. You will oversee scope, budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

You will direct all project phases from planning through closeout, develop schedules, monitor costs, manage on-site operations, and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Construction Project Management or related field.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing large teams and subcontractors.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead significant construction projects. This role is based in Mossel Bay and requires a hands-on approach to overseeing all facets of construction project delivery. You will be responsible for managing project scope, budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader, you will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, driving project success from inception to completion and playing a critical role in developing the region's infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
