Santam is seeking a Client Engagement Adviser for their Cape Town office. The role focuses on delivering world-class service to clients in a call center environment, achieving quality and productivity targets, and handling client requests with accuracy and care.

The successful candidate will work within a dynamic insurance team, engaging clients professionally by phone and in writing, while maintaining compliance and service standards.

Competenze

• Grade 12/Matric as minimum.
• NQF Level 4 Qualification in Short Term Insurance.
• Regulatory Exam (RE 5) advantageous.
• 5–7 years' experience in customer service, preferably in short-term insurance.
• Afrikaans speaking.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime.

• Capture client information accurately on the relevant system.
• Execute client requests within timeframes, quality standards and legislation.
• Handle administrative tasks according to standards and turnaround times.
• Engage with clients in a client-centric manner.
• Ensure queries are resolved timeously per service level agreement.
