Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum 12 months in a leadership role.
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive targets within your branch and educate guests on products.
• Lead branch operations including cash management and risk controls.
• Update betting boards and communicate results and changes.
• Ensure compliance with FICA, Gambling Board requirements and company policies.
• Maintain branch appearance, security, and timely reporting.
