Qualifications

• 12 months within the Retail, Gaming or Betting industry.
• 1-2 Years leadership experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Branch Growth: Ensure achievement of targets within your areas in accordance with branch budgets.
• Drive business results by educating guests on branch products and keeping betting boards updated.
• Update memos, card changes, results and scratchings throughout the day.
• Be knowledgeable on game rules, odds and pay-outs; know confirmation limits and call BSC before bets over limit.
• Take customer bets where applicable in express branches.
• Cash Administration: Manage cash to minimize risks and educate on FICA compliance.
• Submit daily banking schedules to Branch Manager / Senior Team Leader and adhere to EFT policies.
• Issue correct floats to staff and perform end-of-shift reconciliations.
• Ensure lost ticket claims follow correct processes; record guest details and IDs for post-90-day validation.
• Branch Reporting: Provide daily overviews, manage stock levels, conduct weekly stock takes and notify shortages to Branch Manager and Cash Management.
• Security Management: Monitor branch security during opening/closing and ensure cameras and panic buttons are functional.
• Branch Appearance: Keep branch neat, well-maintained, and compliant with Hollywood standards.
• Compliance: Adhere to internal controls, Gambling Board requirements, and ensure on-site FICA officer presence.
• Communication: Circulate operational communications and keep staff updated on campaigns and information requests.
• People Management: Manage rosters, attendance, and recruitment documentation with leadership guidance.
• Guest Service: Deliver friendly, helpful service; proactively address guest complaints and build relationships with regular guests.
