Qualifications

• Requires a three-year National Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Two years’ related experience in facilities and property management, safety and fire codes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the mission home attendant and mission driver.
• Coordinate and report on mission facility needs.
• Manage building maintenance projects and vendors to meet cost, quality and timeliness objectives.
• In partnership with HR, hires or terminates employees and recommends promotions or other changes of status.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and handle onboarding, time off requests, and worker claims with HR.
• Negotiate apartment leases, renewals, and closures.
• Perform inspections of mission facilities to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain inventory of Church-owned furnishings and proper disposal of excess items.
• Maintain relationships with mission leaders, missionaries, and other staff and vendors.
