Job summary

You will supervise drivers and housekeepers, coordinate vendor work, manage leases, and conduct regular inspections to safeguard assets and ensure cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Requires a National Diploma or Bachelor’s qualification.
• Five years’ related experience in facilities and property management.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Exposure to front-line management in a multi-disciplinary work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Area Mission Support Manager to meet temporal mission needs.
• Meet regularly with Mission President to understand mission needs.
• Manage work of employees such as mission drivers and housekeepers.
• Hires/terminates employees in partnership with HR; recommends promotions.
