Job summary

MiWay, part of the Sanlam group, is seeking a MiPET Sales Agent to persuade existing and new clients to purchase Value Added Products (PET). You will optimize each lead or call, maintaining high daily and monthly productivity while ensuring accurate data recording.

The role requires Grade 12, FAIS credits, 1–2 years of call centre sales experience and insurance experience; multitasking, punctuality, and strong communication are essential in a dynamic, target-driven team.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4.
• STI FAIS Credits (as per DOFA date).
• At least 1-2 years' call Centre Sales experience.
• Previous short-term insurance experience.
• Previous VAPS experience in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to multitask and cope with pressure.
• Punctual and can self-manage.

Responsibilities

• Persuade existing and non-existing MiWay clients to purchase Value Added Products (PET) by optimizing each lead/call.
• Maintain high productivity daily & monthly by providing quality service and ensuring accuracy in data recording.
• Provide customers with essential information regarding products and services.
• Predictive dialling may be used when contacting the client.
• Ensure accuracy in recording of data.

What will you do?

As a MiPET Sales Agent role you will be persuading both existing and non-exisiting Miway clients to purchase our Value Added Products (PET) by optimizing each lead/call received. Maintaing a high productivity level daily & monthly by providing quality service to external and internal customers and ensuring accuracy in recording of data. May provide customers with essential and information regarding products and services. Predictive dialling may be used when contacting the client.
