Job summary

IVANPLATS (Pty) Ltd in Limpopo province seeks an experienced Training and Development Coordinator to coordinate the annual training plan and development programmes. You will manage learner registrations, progress and records while ensuring compliance with Skills Development requirements.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant HRD/L&D experience, knowledge of WSP/ATR, and strong report writing and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

3–5 years' experience in Training, HR Development or Learning & Development.
Experience coordinating training programmes and learner management.
Knowledge of the Skills Development Act, Skills Development Levies Act and SETA requirements.
Experience coordinating learnerships, internships, bursaries and apprenticeships is advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the Company's annual training and development plan.
Identify and consolidate departmental training needs and development requirements.
Coordinate internal and external training programmes, including schedules, facilitators, venues and service providers.
Manage learner registration, attendance, progress, assessments and training records.
Coordinate learnerships, internships, bursaries and other development programmes.
Support the preparation and submission of the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR).
Ensure compliance with Skills Development legislation, SETAs and Company requirements.
Liaise with training providers, SETAs, line managers and other stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of training interventions.
Prepare training reports, statistics, dashboards and management presentations.
Assist with monitoring the training budget and expenditure.
