Job summary

AGC Mining Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a Supervisor Production Process for a mining operation in the Northern Cape. You will oversee daily production processes, ensuring plant efficiency, safety, and target attainment across wash and screen, ROM reclaim, jig HPGR, water cyclone, and WHIMS portions.

The role requires strong leadership, SHERQ compliance, and experience managing contractors, budgets, and process systems (JDE, MES, SCADA).

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and a supervision certificate (NQF level 4) are required.
• Minimum 5 years of operational production process experience.
• Minimum 3 years in team/project leadership or supervision.
• Minimum 2 years of operational crushing experience.
• Strong SHERQ knowledge and safety compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of production processes for efficiency and targets.
• Maintain SHERQ compliance and ensure a safe, healthy working environment.
• Supervise and manage contractor performance per safety standards.
• Monitor budgets and optimize cost control of operations.
• Apply process knowledge for crushing, screening, conveying, and sampling.
• Lead with performance management and cross-functional collaboration.
