Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years in industrial operations management with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of high‑voltage electrical systems and energy generation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage energy infrastructure for mining operations.
• Develop plans for energy efficiency, cost reduction and resource optimization.
• Ensure safety, reliability and regulatory compliance of energy systems.
• Oversee maintenance and upgrades of electrical and mechanical equipment related to energy supply.
• Manage the energy department budget including capital expenditure planning.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
• Collaborate with departments to forecast energy needs and align with production schedules.
