• Oversee maintenance strategies and overhaul plans to meet KPI targets.
• Manage maintenance budget and costs.
• Ensure equipment availability by managing downtime and MTTR/MTTF.
• Implement SOPs and governing processes in the area of responsibility.
• Lead SHE compliance and safety improvements.
• Recruit, train and develop team members and manage vacancies.
• Plan and coordinate tasks within the department to achieve production targets.
