Job summary

Recruitpro Solutions in South Africa’s Northern Cape seeks an experienced aftersales sales leader to drive growth in aftermarket services, spare parts and maintenance solutions on mining equipment.

You will build relationships with mining companies, site teams and engineers, travel across the Northern Cape, and collaborate with service and procurement teams to improve parts supply and refurbishment processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in aftersales or field-based sales.
• Strong technical knowledge of mining equipment.
• Ability to travel extensively in the Northern Cape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive sales of aftermarket services, spare parts and maintenance solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mining and mineral processing sector.
• Grow the company's aftermarket presence and market share across the Northern Cape.
• Build strong relationships with mining companies, processing plants and key decision-makers.
• Provide customers with technical advice on equipment maintenance, optimisation and troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular mining-site visits to assess equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with service teams to ensure customers receive effective and timely support.
• Establish and coordinate service teams supporting equipment maintenance in the region.
• Ensure service teams are properly equipped, trained and effectively deployed.
• Manage spare parts requirements and support the availability of critical components.
