Job summary

Recruitpro Solutions in Soweto is seeking a Commercial Leader to develop and execute strategies that grow spare parts, refurbishment, repair and field service revenue, while delivering departmental sales and profitability targets.

You will lead the Spares and Services Department, establish KPIs, mentor staff, oversee budgets and workflows, supervise quotation processes and order processing, and cultivate strong relationships with key mining and industrial customers to secure long-term

Qualifications

Experience leading a spare parts and services department in an industrial/mining environment.
Strong customer relationship management and contract negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and implement revenue growth strategies and annual business plans.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to grow spare parts, refurbishment, repair and field service revenue.
Achieve departmental sales and profitability targets.
Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts.
Develop aftermarket sales strategies to increase customer retention and recurring revenue.
Analyse market trends, customer spending patterns and competitor activity.
