• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mineral processing or metallurgy within the mining sector.
• Proven experience with comminution, separation, and hydrometallurgical processes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with process simulation software.
• Excellent understanding of process control and instrumentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a plant environment and manage cross‑functional teams.
