Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mineral processing circuits including crushing, grinding, flotation, and gravity separation.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Plant Metallurgist to oversee and optimize mineral processing operations at their facility near Mossel Bay, Western Cape . This role is central to maximizing metal recovery, improving process efficiency, and ensuring the quality of the final product. You will be responsible for troubleshooting plant issues, conducting process development studies, and implementing best practices in metallurgy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of comminution, flotation, leaching, and refining processes relevant to the minerals industry, contributing to the plant's overall performance and profitability.
