Qualifications

  • Proficiency with surveying instruments (total stations, data collectors, GNSS) and software (AutoCAD, Deswik, Minex).
  • Strong understanding of mine surveying principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Mine Surveyor to join their operational team in Paarl, Western Cape . This role is crucial for accurately mapping and measuring the mine site, ensuring that all operations adhere to planned designs and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for conducting surface and underground surveys, managing survey data, and providing critical spatial information to engineering, geology, and production teams. The ideal candidate is proficient with modern surveying equipment and software and possesses a strong commitment to accuracy and safety in all fieldwork.
