This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing production, safety, and efficiency within a challenging mining environment. You will be responsible for implementing operational plans, managing a diverse workforce, and ensuring that all activities adhere to strict safety and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all aspects of mine production, including drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling operations.

• Manage workforce performance, training, and development for operational teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and operational reviews, preparing detailed performance reports.

Requirements
