The role requires a degree in Mining Engineering and a minimum of 10 years in mining with at least 5 in management, along with expertise in planning software and cost control to maximise profitability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mining Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mining operations, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of managing complex mining operations and achieving production targets.
• In-depth knowledge of mining methods, equipment, safety protocols, and relevant legislation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with mine planning software and operational management systems.

Responsibilities
