Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Earth Sciences.
- Min 4 years in mine geology, exploration, or resource evaluation.
- Experience with geological modeling software and QA/QC procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed core logging, geotechnical logging, and lithological description of drill core samples.
- Collect, manage, and analyze geological data, including structural measurements and assay results.
- Develop and update 3D geological models and resource block models using specialized software.
- Assist in planning and supervision of exploration and delineation drilling programs.
- Contribute to resource and reserve estimation reports per industry standards (e.g., JORC, NI 43-101).
- Collaborate with mining engineers to integrate geological data into mine planning.
