You will monitor metallurgical processes, perform lab tests, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are met. The role requires hands-on mineral processing experience and strong data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or Extractive Metallurgy.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in metallurgical processing.
• Hands‑on experience with mineral processing techniques (comminution, flotation, leaching, smelting).
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control metallurgical processes to ensure optimal performance and metal recovery.
• Conduct laboratory test work to evaluate ore characteristics and optimize reagent usage.
