Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads management at scale.
• Proven lead generation experience in B2B or renewables sectors.
• Mastery of Meta Ads Manager features and optimization strategies.
• Deep knowledge of conversion tracking and API integrations.
• Experience building landing pages focused on CRO.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook/Instagram.
• Monitor performance and adjust bidding, targeting, and structure.
• Build and optimize high-converting landing pages and lead funnels.
• Maintain accurate tracking with Pixel, CAPI, and UTM tagging.
• Lead A/B testing on creatives and landing pages.
• Present performance insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to align messaging.
