Remote Recruitment is seeking a Senior Paid Media Analyst (Meta Ads) for an international e-commerce client. This fully remote, full-time role focuses on deep-dive Meta performance analysis, tracking reconciliation, and delivering data-driven creative insights directly to leadership.

You will audit Meta and Google accounts, build weekly performance reports, and guide creative testing and scaling opportunities based on measured commercial value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience analysing Meta ad accounts.
• Experience handling monthly spend of at least R700k (or £30k+) is a plus.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and proficiency with reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Audit Meta and Google accounts for structure, attribution, tracking, and budget split.
• Build and maintain weekly spend, CPA, ROAS, and blended MER reports by campaign, ad set, and creative.
• Analyse creative performance metrics and direct the production pipeline.
• Identify fatigue, wasted spend, and scaling opportunities with clear commercial value.
• Plan and evaluate structured tests across creative, audience, offers, and landing pages.
