David Kennedy Recruitment partners with a Sydney-based digital agency to hire a Senior Meta Ads & Client Success Manager. You will manage Meta campaigns for Australian clients and drive lead generation while nurturing strong client relationships from a remote location.

This full-time role requires overlap with Sydney hours and offers growth opportunities toward leadership positions within the agency.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts in a digital agency.
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads and improve ROI.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel and Conversions API.
• Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns.
• Excellent English communication and client-facing experience.
• Able to work remotely with overlap to Sydney hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns across client accounts.
• Develop lead-generation strategies to generate qualified enquiries.
• Manage campaign budgets, tracking, optimisation and scaling.
• Work with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel and Conversions API to monitor performance.
• Develop testing strategies and use data to guide decisions.
• Analyse metrics, identify improvements and reduce CAC.
• Communicate performance and recommendations clearly to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Take ownership of campaign outcomes and contribute to agency growth.
